I specialize in field research and immersive observation in organizations. My dream work - what i’m doing right now full-time - 🌊MSC combines business strategy with anthropological methods, studying how people and organizations interact and evolve. These insights inform sustainable transformation strategies.
When not working with clients, I spend most of my time in remote mountains, observing life patterns that exist beyond urban boundaries. Up to half of my year is spent on the road, turning my experiences of different cultures and communities into actionable insights. Hiking, cycling, backpacking, travelling, studying. Almost died twice yet I have survived.
Most of my professional content is in English, though I often write longer reflective pieces in Chinese. I occasionally share thoughts in Japanese as well.
